Kitchen Committee Report
November 13, 2006
Due to the increased use of our facilities, the kitchen committee wants to remind you of the policy concerning the use of the St. Luke Kitchen.
- Clean the kitchen after each use – wipe the counters, clean the sinks, sweep the floors
- Replace ALL items used back to their proper place
- Turn off coffee markers and clean carafes
- Empty all trash cans into dumpster
- Clean all chairs and tables after use
- Leave no leftovers in the refrigerator
- Do not leave soiled dishtowels in the kitchen. Take them home, wash and return them within 2 days
- No frying permitted – fire code ruling
- Take all dishes brought from home back with you
The following items are for church use only within the church:
- Tables and chairs
- Tableclothes – if used, must be cleaned and returned to the church within 2 days
- Ice from the machine

Added Notes:
1. If you use the cloth tablecloths, you are responsible for cleaning and returning them to the church. These expenses are not figured into the church budget.
2. If the St. Luke facilities are used by non-church members or for personal use, please be aware that you are responsible for set-up, clean-up, vacuuming, and cleaning the area of the church you used, etc.
